What an honour for Kuta Lombok, Bali's neighbouring island, to welcome Shervin Boloorian for a Sacred Sound Healing Event for the 2nd time this year. Light & Healing Events are more and more needed and we can't wait to gather together and make this a warm, blissful gathering that is craved by so many of us, this time right after sunset in the beautiful Yoga Shala of 'Rascals'. Shervin is truly one of a kind - he is a multi-instrumental musician, focussing and studying about Healing Sounds & Instruments since 25 years. His sessions are known to be deeply healing, transformative and to be releasing emotional blockages and trauma within mind and body. He is the Founder of Sound Healing Bali and a graduate of Tama-Do (Way of the Soul), and a sound and color therapist. Shervin is also the CoFounder of Bali Sound Healers Collective, the world’s first community of Sound Healers and an Award Winning Music Artist. Currently based in Ubud, Shervin earned his professional credentials as a sound therapist from Fabien Maman’s Tama-Do “Way of the Soul” Academy (started in 1988), holds a Masters Degree, is trained in urban shamanism, is a passionate lifelong vocalist, songwriter and multi-instrumental musician. Shervin is celebrated internationally and in Bali for his group and one-on-one skills as a sound healing practitioner. In 2018he was named one of Bali’s top 5 Healers. His Sound Healing sessions were also highlighted as one of two Yoga Barn activities “not to be missed “in Ubud by Yoga Magazine International. To make this event extra beautiful we are excited to add some Floating You magic to the 'menu'. We are delighted to offer a home cooked ayurvedic vegetarian Sri Lankan buffet to enjoy after the session and round up the evening events with sharing a meal and some warm words together.

DETAILS FOR A HEALING NIGHT:
Location: Yoga Shala of Rascals, Kuta Lombok Healing Event: 7 - 8:30 PM Soul Buffet: 8:45 - 9:30 PM The session starts at 7 PM and ends at 8:30 PM. Please allow some time to arrive & find your spot. Shervin Boloorian is famous for bringing in the human voice as the most powerful instrument of all. Chanting of medicine songs and mantras will be part of the session. After that you will be lying down for roughly 60 min. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a Sarong for an optional light cover. The Healing Sound Vibrations can alter the senses through energy shifts within and you could possibly feel hot or cold. We will have water and mosquito repellent for you if needed.
WHAT IS SOUND HEALING ?
Sound Healing experience‘s produce vibrations that alter your brain waves and aim to relax the mind and body. A sound bath generally involves a variety of instruments or voices, all of which have the potential to shift lower frequencies into higher vibrations. Popular instruments often used are crystal singing bowls, brass bowls, gongs, drums, tuning forks, and chimes. Such instruments provide an immersive, full body listening experience that can help to recalibrate the system while providing a space for healing physically, mentally and/or emotionally.

Sri Lankan food is Soul Food! Don't miss the chance to indulge in original family recipe's. The Sri Lankan cuisine is famous for offering a wide range of vegetable curries, fruits, other legumes, grains & leaves. These plant-based ingredients are rich in essential nutrients, fibre, and antioxidants, which are beneficial for overall health, digestion, and disease prevention. In Sri Lanka we follow an Ayurvedic 'cooking-base', which makes it extremely good for gut health & digestion. We'll round up the night of healing sounds, with healing food.
