THE SURF

Let's take your surfing to the next level! We are not just a ‘surf camp’ – imagine a place that introduces you ‘surfing’ as a beautiful tool that makes you feel more alive than ever before. A practice, that lets you connect to Mother Nature on so many unexpected levels. Eventually see sunrise and sunsets from the surf spot, energetic mountains surrounding you. If you are lucky enough, turtles will come say hi to you while you wait to catch a wave. 'Surfing' - not just a physical activity, but also an extra ordinary way to connect to the elements of our earth - providing us with new perspectives to stimulate peace, happiness and liveliness. This trip is recommended for the ones beneath you, that already caught the 'Surf Fever'. You can bring your own board or use a rental board: Up to your preference. The waves here are suitable for all levels. Especially longboarders will be able to surf some heavenly waves. THE YOGA

We will have daily practices watching the endless horizon! Yoga is a gateway to our inner world. The term "yoga" comes from a Sanskrit word meaning "union". Yoga unites physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques to strengthen the muscles, direct our mind and relieve stress. Through connecting with our mat, we are able to find stillness in the loud & busy world. Through focussing on movement and breath we are able to transform our body into an instrument of surrender to an ancient discipline. Yoga is a practice that is about self- acceptance, rather than self-improvement. Within this Retreat our dedicated and wisely chosen teachers are sharing variating practices with you (Hatha, Vinyasa & Yin) to support you on this beautiful self discovery journey.

SACRED SOUND BATHS

Sound Healing experience‘s produce vibrations that alter your brain waves and aim to relax the mind, body & Healing 'below the surface'. We will accompany many Yoga Session's with sacred instruments (Including crystal bowls). A big highlight is our Sound Journey where you have to do nothing, just laying down and receive. A soundbath generally involves a variety of instruments or voices, all of which have the potential to shift lower frequencies into higher vibrations. Popular instruments often used are crystal singing bowls, brass bowls, gongs, drums, tuning forks, and chimes. Such instruments provide an immersive, full body listening experience that can help to recalibrate the system while providing a space for healing physically, mentally and/or emotionally.

GUIDED MEDITATION & BREATHWORK

For moments in and out the water. Both of these tools as a holistic approach for overall health benefits: Over time, breathwork will strengthen your diaphragm muscles, expand your lung capacity, and allow you to hold your breath for longer periods. Simultaneously, breathwork will help you to improve your mental clarity and focus and control your stress response, which is crucial in life and also when out in the ocean.

FULL MOON CACAO & FIRE CEREMONY

Cacao ceremonies are a centuries-old ritual seen as the ultimate heart-opener. One of it compounds, theobromine, translates’ into the food of Gods by the mayas and the Aztecs in South America. The Maya commune belief that the medicine is a chance to eliminate emotional blockages and brings alignment of mind, body, and spirit. In high-doses (30g is considered a “ceremonial” or high dose), it can generate a warm and euphoric body-state similar when feeling deeply connected with life in a beautiful moment.
